Best Red X malt integral to new Stone Brewing Co ‘Pataskala Red X IPA’

The beer uses Mosaic, Amarillo and Cascade hops to provide this red IPA with an ‘upfront fruity and piney aroma, transcending into stone fruit flavor and pleasingly lingering bitterness’.

It is brewed with late hop additions and also dry-hopped. The 7.3% beer is citrus-forward and balanced by cereal notes and biscuit undertones from the malt.

According to Bestmalz, its Best Red X as been invented for brewing red-tinted beers and can be used for up to 100% of thether grain bill.
