Markham’s Rouge River Brewing Co will open on Bullock Dr this week, reports Ontario Beverage Network.

The brewery is the brainchild of former Toronto’s Mill Street Brewery, Jordan Mills. The initial product line will include the 6% Autumn Pale Ale and its Autumn IPA that comes in at 6.8%.

He said: ““My concept is to have a few core styles with variations on the recipes every season (Winter Pale Ale, Summer IPA, etc.) in addition to a whole lot of one-offs and other seasonal type beers.”

The brewery will operate on initial opening hours of Thursday-Friday from 5-9pm and Saturday 12-6pm with a taproom planned for the future.
