Increased demand for its beers has resulted in Perth Brewery undertaking fresh expansion.
The extra capacity will help the brewery cater for the sales that come from its second permanent LCBO listing (Last Dual Lager) along with seasonal listings, Summer Squeeze – Citrus Wheat and Cascader Invader Wet Hop.
This expansion adds three new 60 bbl fermenting tanks and a 30 bbl brite tank, which equates to 21,000 L of added production capacity.
The company said: “With this expansion comes an improved retail space and most importantly, a brand new pub-style tap room, which now allows the brewery to serve pints on premise.
“In response to the continued local support from the region, Perth Brewery is excited about continuing to increase its involvement in community-level events and initiatives.”
